Yes! When logged into our website, click into the My Account section and you can ‘skip’ a subscription delivery. This action needs to be done prior to the order being processed and payment being taken. If you are unsure on when you’d like the next order to arrive, there is also an option to ‘pause’, simply restart when you’re ready!
Sure! If you’d like to make any changes to the products on order, you can do so in the My Account section.
Yes! If you need deliveries more or less often, you can amend the frequency in the My Account section.
When logged into our website, you can cancel your subscription in the My Account section. Please note this will only cancel future orders and will not cancel any orders that have already been processed. Please ensure cancellations are made 72 hours prior to the next planned delivery date in.
