What makes Ultra Ginger 'ultra'?

Can I drink both the Ginger Ultra and Turmeric Ultra in one day?

Absolutely. Many fans love one in the morning for a daily wellness ritual, and one in the afternoon as an energy kick.
How long do Plenish shots last after opening?

Each 60ml shot is designed to be consumed in one go, but if you prefer to sip, the bottle needs to be consumed within 24 hours of opening. The 420ml dosing size needs to be consumed within 8 days of opening.
Do the shots need to be refrigerated?

Yes, for optimal freshness and quality, our shots should be kept in the fridge and consumed by the use-by date found on the lid of the 60ml bottles and on the neck of the 420ml bottles.
Is it safe to consume Plenish shots when pregnant or breastfeeding?

Each individual is different, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider to ensure they’re right for your personal needs.
Is there sugar added to the Ultra shots?

No added sugar here — only the naturally occurring sugars found in our cold-pressed fruits and roots.
What is your delivery policy?

We deliver next day Monday - Saturday if ordered by 11am. Delivery is free for orders £35 and above or £6.95 for orders under.
