This is the best healthiest oat milk I have found. Highly recommend to anyone.

Switched from Plenish Enriched oat to Plenish soy to help increase protein in my diet. Works a treat, tastes really good in Rooibos tea and cereals.

This is utterly delicious and better than any other coconut milk I have had. It really tastes of coconut and is perfect, not only to use as a milk replacement, but as a wonderful drink on its own. In fact, my partner who scorns coconut milk, complained when I pushed him to try it but then announced "This is lovely". Sadly I now have to share it.
Buying it in multipacks makes it very cost effective, especially if you buy 3 x 8L and get free postage.

Wanted to try an oat milk without seed oils in, so choose Plenish after reading the great reviews. It looks thin, watery compared to the other oat milks I’ve tried, but the taste is great. I’ll not be switching back.

And it didn’t disappoint.

Just go in with the right expectation. This isn’t that overly sweet, milkshake style vanilla. It tastes more natural. More adult. You get a soft vanilla note, with a grown up level of sweetness, and it feels much cleaner.

There’s something quite satisfying about finishing a workout and completing the ritual with something that still feels good for your body.

Also worth noting, it has complete amino acids, which is important when choosing a plant based protein.
