Strawberries & (No) Cream: Your Wimbledon Smoothie

A naturally sweet and delicious summer smoothie – so you can sip like a champ.

Sun’s out. Gums (oils, and additives) out. Strawberries in. And Wimbeldon is in full-swing. What better time to blend up something fresh, creamy, and courtside-worthy?

This summer smoothie is our clean, Plenish take on the classic strawberries and cream combo – but with none of the dairy. Naturally sweet, satisfying, and powered by our much-loved Cashew M*lk, it’s the perfect match day moment.

The Recipe

You’ll need

  • 6 fresh strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • Plenish Cashew M*lk — as much as you like
  • Optional: a scoop of collagen or protein powder

Blend until smooth. Pour into your favourite glass. Top with a strawberry (or two).
