Chocolate Pistachio High Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp - jumbo rolled oats
- 2 tbsp - shelled hemp
- 1 tbsp - chia seed
- 1 tbsp - desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp - raw cacao
- 1 tbsp - cacao nibs (optional)
- 150-200ml - Plenish Organic Almond
- 1 chopped date

30g - pistachios (chopped for garnish)
Method
- Gather and prepare your ingredients.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.
- Decant into a jar or Tupperware and place into the refrigerator to soak overnight.
- Top with chopped pistachio in the morning.
