Dr. Rupy's Chocolate Pistachio Overnight Oats

Dr. Rupy's indulgent, high protein take on oats made with Plenish Organic Almond. 

Made with Plenish Almond, indulgent, high in protein, and keeps you locked-in all morning. 

Chocolate Pistachio High Protein Overnight Oats 

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - jumbo rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp - shelled hemp
  • 1 tbsp - chia seed
  • 1 tbsp - desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp - raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp - cacao nibs (optional)
  • 150-200ml - Plenish Organic Almond 
  • 1 chopped date
  • 30g - pistachios (chopped for garnish)

Method

  1. Gather and prepare your ingredients.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Decant into a jar or Tupperware and place into the refrigerator to soak overnight.
  4. Top with chopped pistachio in the morning.
