The UK’s only Oat Barista m*lk free from added oils and additives, it’s been perfectly crafted for your favourite coffee with a silky micro-foam. It’s gluten-free and made from the best organic British oats blended with water, a pinch of salt and a touch of coconut cream.

Each Ocean Bottle helps remove 11.4kg plastic from our oceans, equivalent to 1000 plastic bottles.

The Gentlemen Baristas coffee is sustainably sourced in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil.

Creamy with a natural subtle sweetness. Fresh and silky thanks to no added oils, gums and added sugar. A flavour that truly heroes coffee.

Dark and chocolatey with notes of walnut and treacle, this blend from The Gentlemen Baristas coffee has low acidity – perfect for plant-based m*lks.

Store your Oat M*lk in the fridge. Shake the carton before using. Plant-based m* lks will denature and split at a lower temperature than dairy, so you don’t want to overheat them: keep below 55°C- 60°C and keep your cups preheated.

If steaming, start with the tip of your steam wand submerged in the milk so you can get it spinning. Once the vortex is going, start introducing a light amount of air – you should only be hearing little hisses. Stop introducing air once the milk is around 45°C. Start pouring as soon as you’ve finished steaming – moving swiftly will avoid separation from happening in the milk jug, ensuring a silky and delicious m*lk.
