What to expect? It’s hard to predict how you will feel whilst you’re cleansing because no two people are the same however, these are some of the normal effects to expect:
+ Feeling invincible - Own it!
+ Feeling cold - It’s surprising how much heat everyday digestion of solid food creates. In the absence of all of that digestive work, your body can feel chilly. Drinking herbal teas throughout the day will warm you up and keep you hydrated.
+ Headaches - If you are regular caffeine consumer, you may experience headaches from withdrawals, try to start phasing it out in the lead up to your cleanse to minimise the effects.
+ Bathroom behaviour – You may need to use the bathroom more than normal from drinking so much liquid, plus, some cleansers find it flushes out more than just toxins.
+ Hunger – This can happen, however, our clients say 3 litres of cold-pressed goodness per day keeps them satisfied.

Cheatsheet: Whilst we highly recommend that you abstain from eating solid food during your cleanse to reap the full benefits, it's also important to listen to your body. If you feel like you need a helping hand, we've put together a few recommendations to keep you going: If you’re missing something to crunch + Celery + Cucumber If you’re feeling hungry + 1/2 of your number 6 bottle and save the rest for the evening + Half an avocado + A small handful of nuts

Calorie Count: 960 calories per day While you'll likely be in a calorie deficit, which will help you hit your weight loss goals, you'll also be a in nutrient positive, with up to 1kg of organic produce in each bottle!

Pre Cleanse: Cut Out The Culprits - try removing stimulants such as sugar, caffeine, alcohol, dairy and refined or processed foods in the lead up to your cleanse. Ease in - amp up the plant-based foods and try not to have anything too heavy in the 3 days leading up to your cleanse. Clear the calendar – socialising can be difficult while cleansing, clear the calendar to avoid temptation.

Post Cleanse: The morning after - ease back into solid foods with a light plant-fuelled breakfast like chia, overnight oats or fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt. Keep up momentum - you'll likely feel amazing after your cleanse, now is the time to keep up the good work and prolong the effects by setting healthy habits and reintroducing food mindfully.

Delivery: Order before midday for free next day (Monday-Thursday). When the delivery arrives unpack and place your juices into a fridge as soon as possible to keep them fresh. Don’t forget to give your juices a shake before consuming, natural separation can occur, this is a good sign we’re 100% natural and don’t contain any stabilisers or additives.

Recycling + Sustainability: Our bottles are made of 100% recycled plastic; lids are not recycled but are recyclable. Plenish Ecom Boxes – Sustainably Sourced Cardboard, please flatten & recycle these. Plenish Ice Packs – these can be reused, or recycled, the liquid is safe to dispose of down the drain, simply cut the melted ice pack, pour out the liquid and recycle the plastic casing. Grey liners these are made from recycled Jeans, simply remove the cotton from the plastic casing. This can be composted; the plastic can be recycled.

Suggested Schedule of juice: This is a suggested cleanse schedule. Depending on your lifestyle, make it work for you;

10AM Shield
12AM Boost
2PM Kick

8PM Savour

TIP: Make sure that you’re drinking at least 1 glass of water between each juice.

Can you workout while cleansing? Feel free to engage in gentle exercise on a cleanse (but no marathons please) and be sure you are having plenty of water! Consult a health care professional before changing your diet if you have any concerns*

By far the best cleanse I have ever tried. Having done cheaper ones before that left me feeling hungry, this felt like I was actually feeding my body with nutrients. By the end my skin was glowing, and my body felt healthier and slimmer. I didn't want it to end and will definitely do again soon!

Highlight? I thought I was just going to lose a bit of weight, so was pleasantly surprised to discover I had much more energy and slept better too. It made me feel confident I could do a longer cleanse next time. I also really liked the glass straw – a nice touch.
