When your delivery arrives place your cleanse in the fridge to keep chilled. Follow the schedule and when it’s time for a juice, shake it up before enjoying with your Plenish glass straw. Natural separation can occur which is why a vigorous shake is to important, this is a good sign we’re 100% natural and don’t contain any stabilisers or additives. Our juices are to be enjoyed fresh and not suitable for freezing.
We count the calories so you can stick to sipping. Our juice programmes are designed to pack as much nutritious, organic fruit and vegetables as possible into your cleanse, while delivering very specific calorie counts. Each plan is made up of our immunity-boosting juices – which nourish you while keeping your intake in check. There’s no easier way to load up on nutrients while losing weight.
When it comes to sustainability, we strive to stay ahead of the pack. All our bottles are made of 100% recycled plastic and our boxes are made from sustainably-sourced, recyclable cardboard. Our ice-packs are also recyclable: pour the liquid down the drain, and recycle the plastic casing.

No added sugar
In the three days leading up to your cleanse, remove any stimulants such as sugar, caffeine, alcohol and dairy to make the transition as easy as possible. It can be hard to go out for dinner and drinks when you’re cleansing so it’s best to clear your schedule or book in your cleanse across days you’re free. Your day to day will be fine (you might have even more time than usual with your new found energy) but this will help you stick to your cleanse schedule.
This is a suggested plan but listen to your body and lifestyle to make it work best for you.
6AM Hot water with lemon
6PM Take a walk, a bath or treat yourself to an end of day yoga class or massage
10PM Listen to your body. If you’re tired have an early night and you’ll wake up feeling fresh.
Make sure that you’re drinking a glass of water between each juice. Get outside for some fresh air and a walk around the block. Getting your blood flowing can help beat midday fatigue.
When you’ve put only good stuff in, your body thanks you for it by feeling brighter and more energised. It’s common our cleansers want to keep this feeling going. Wake up your digestive system slowly. A light breakfast like overnight oats will ease you back in much better than a full English breakfast.
