Plenish is a business born from personal experience. Kara Rosen founded the company in the UK in 2012 after many years spent running on empty and becoming ill. Failed by traditional medicine, she began seeking out nutritional advice on how to replenish her body. She was blown away by the power of plant-fuelled nutrition to transform her health and, in the process, learned much about the huge toll that the modern diet heavy in meat, dairy and processed junk takes, not only on our bodies, but on the planet. Our range of plant-powered drinks are experiencing fierce growth because they’re made of the right stuff. Our juices are cold-pressed and organic, our milks have 3 times the nuts of other brands and the cleanest ingredient deck out there (meaning absolutely no nasties, oils, gums or additives).
In this strategic role you’ll be a key player in our sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing our biggest customers across the Grocery sector in partnership with a NAM report. Developing meaningful, collaborative relationships ensuring the right product mix matched with appropriate distribution and a partnership approach. With ambitions for exponential growth, you’ll be part of the team targeting new customers within these channels.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will create, develop, implement and manage JBPs and be our first point of contact with our customer’s buying team. Business growth is our top priority so you’ll be expected to show growth within existing customers where we will become the favoured supplier, and will be instrumental in winning new business with new customers. Forensic management and forecasting of volumes and spend are a key element to this role. Making our brand famous amongst key influencers within the accounts, building a full contact matrix from supply chain through marketing to buying and senior hierarchy. You’ll be fully responsible for the P&L, including shopper marketing, and will need to work closely with other internal departments to ensure we continue on our fantastic growth trajectory.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll be a super-motivated person with a can-do attitude. You’ll show creativity, proactivity and the ability to build rapport. You’ll have bundles of good old-fashioned persistence and drive, not to mention a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
+ You’ll have 5+ years of experience managing large Grocery accounts
+ You’ll have worked with food or drink (chilled drinks a bonus)
+ You’ll have an outgoing personality with drive, self-motivation and an interest in healthy living
+ You’ll be positive, ambitions and driven – this role could progress into a Head of Sales position
+ You’ll have the ability to build strong relationships in order to bring in new business
+ You’ll have ‘hustle’ in your blood – wanting to achieve stellar results in record time with a no limits attitude
